DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery across Lebanon, meaning you can send your order to almost any location in the country. If, for any reason, we cannot deliver to your requested destination, we will notify you immediately after your order is placed.

When does the delivery take place?

We aim to deliver all orders on the specific time and date requested during checkout.

  • Standard Delivery Hours: Our standard deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Same-Day Delivery:

    • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 p.m. (destination time) will be delivered the same day.

    • Orders placed on Saturday before 11:00 a.m. (destination time) will be delivered the same day.

Can I place an order for a future date?

Yes, absolutely. You can specify a future delivery date using the dedicated field on the order form during checkout.

  • Note: If your selected future date falls on a public holiday, we will contact you in advance to agree on an appropriate alternative date and time for your delivery.

Can I place an order for a future date?

Can I send orders on Sundays?

NO, we don't deliver on Sundays, our delivery service is from Monday to Saturday. Please contact our Customer Care team for more details on rates and availability.

Do you deliver to business addresses or hospitals?

Yes, we can.

  • For Hospitals: It is crucial that you provide full and accurate information for the recipient, including their full name, room/ward number, and the complete hospital address.

  • For Business Addresses: If you select Timed Delivery, please ensure the chosen time falls within the business's office hours, as our standard delivery window is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?

If the recipient is unavailable, we will first attempt to leave the products with a neighbor and place a discreet note on the recipient's door. If this is not possible, we will take the products back to the shop and leave a note with instructions for the recipient to arrange redelivery or pickup.

How do I know my order was delivered successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully delivered. You can also check your order status anytime in your online account or by contacting our Customer Care team.

CUSTOMIZING & ORDERING
Can I change a product slightly or order something not in your catalogue?
  • For Slight Modifications: Yes, of course! If you like a product but need a minor alteration, please send a note to our Customer Care team, and we will be happy to help make it perfect for you.

  • For Fully Customized Orders: Yes, in most cases. For a fully personalized arrangement, please contact our Customer Care team. We recommend starting by choosing the closest existing item from our catalogue, which we can then upgrade and customize to your desired specifications in collaboration with you.

Can I order by telephone?

Absolutely. Please call us at (+961) 21 327529 / 01 215016 between 8:00 a.m. and 09:00 p.m. Beirut time. We look forward to assisting you.

Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes. We respect your wish for a mysterious delivery! We promise not to reveal your true identity to the recipient. For data protection purposes, the only information the recipient will see is the card message you provide.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Which payment methods do you accept?
  • Our primary and recommended payment method is by Credit Card. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer. Please contact our Customer Care team for details on other alternative payment methods.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We mainly accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards. If, for any reason, we are unable to process your card payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your order is successfully received and entered into our system.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. To cancel your order, you must provide a minimum of 36 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date/time.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if cancellation is requested with less than 36 hours notice.
